Companies exhibiting at the National Immigration Expo are welcome to submit news releases for posting to the Expo website. Companies should contact publications directly for editorial consideration. To submit a news release, send us your news at sking@gertleretienne.com in Word format. Companies submitting news must be a confirmed exhibitor.

Media Registration
The National Immigration Expo provides press badges to qualified members of the working media whose attendance is likely to result in coverage of The National Immigration Expo in the print or online media. To register as press please provide full contact information to sking@gertleretienne.com. The National Immigration Expo may request verification and/or credentials prior to approving your media registration.
The National Immigration Expo is unable to issue press badges to writers creating analyses or reports sold as a commodity to customers; or other individuals who are not actually reporting on the Fair. Unless approved by the Expo Management, Exhibitors may not also register as press.
Media Room
The National Immigration Expo's onsite media room provides reporters with computer and WiFi access, space to conduct interviews and/or hold meetings.
Exhibitors can drop off media kits and press releases for the media.
Publications Distributed at Expo
Publication Bins
Magazine bins for the distribution of industry related publications at The National Immigration Expo are available for rental in official publication bin area within the Metro Toronto Convention Center. E-mail jetienne@gertleretienne.com to download the rental form.
It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to contact the publication(s) distributed during the show directly for the information on advertising deadlines and editorial submissions.
Show Dailies
One show daily is distributed each day of the show and it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to contact each publication directly at jetienne@gertleretienne.com for advertising and editorial submission details.
